Healing isn't about erasing the past hurt; it's about freeing yourself from its control.

We’re here to help you thrive

Seeking therapy is a powerful step toward clarifying your thoughts, creating space to unload, and exploring new approaches to life's challenges.

Overcome your obstacles

Start Where You Are

What’s the first step in starting therapy? It might be simpler—and gentler—than you think. You don’t need a perfect plan, the right words, or a clear sense of direction. Just begin by noticing where you are right now. How are you really feeling? What’s been heavy on your heart or circling in your mind? What are you quietly hoping might shift, even if you’re not sure how?

Therapy doesn’t require you to have it all figured out. In fact, it’s one of the few spaces where you’re invited to come exactly as you are. This moment, with all its questions, emotions, and uncertainty, is enough. It’s your starting point—and from here, healing and change can begin.

Believe in Your Story

Your experiences, hopes, and ideas matter—even the ones you’ve kept quiet or questioned along the way. They are part of your story, and they deserve to be heard and honored. In therapy, you’ll find a space where your voice can grow stronger, where your thoughts are met with curiosity instead of judgment, and where your truth is welcomed just as it is.

With support, you can begin to untangle self-doubt, explore what truly matters to you, and reconnect with parts of yourself you may have set aside. Therapy can help you build the confidence to speak openly, take up space, and start showing up as the person you’ve always been—fully, authentically, and without apology.

Transform Insight Into Action

Ever find yourself carrying thoughts, feelings, or dreams that never quite make it out into the open? Maybe you’ve learned to keep things inside, or you’re not sure where to start. Therapy offers a space to gently unpack what’s been hidden, to speak your truth without judgment, and to begin honoring your own story.

You’re not meant to stay stuck. Together, we can explore what’s holding you back, break through old patterns, and create space for healing and growth. Whether you’re longing for change, clarity, or simply to feel more like yourself again—this is where it can begin. Let’s make it real, together.

Therapy offers valuable tools for personal growth and helps you navigate difficult moments with greater understanding. It’s a journey of growth that shifts your perspective, with our approach tailored to your unique needs.

What Others are Saying.

“The counselors here are warm and personable. They listen and get to the heart of issues in a way that help clients move forward at their own pace but also make progress at a noted pace. Their office is warm and inviting, with snacks! :-) I would highly recommend the counselors here (especially Michele) to anyone that needs a bit of extra help for their mental health needs.”

“What can I say that would remotely describe what Coffee Talk Therapy has done for me, and what the people there mean to me. The consolers here are AMAZING! Michele is the best! She lets you go at your pace. She reminds you that it is “your” session. The office is warm and inviting (Great Snacks!) I have never done therapy before. From the first day, she made me feel very comfortable. I had just lost my father a few weeks before. Rest assured, it is a safe place! She has helped me navigate through my own personal struggles in ways I didn’t know were possible! Please, feel safe reaching out to them for any help you may need! They are there When Sip Happens”

“Hunter Blake is the best therapist. Will not go to anyone else. Very understanding, gives applicable advice, and presents a comfortable (and nice smelling!) environment. He can be both a Christian and secular therapist -- depending on what you are looking for. Coffee Talk as a building/waiting room is also great. They always have a movie playing in the lobby (usually a Disney movie, which is oddly comforting). Always smells like cookies in there, too, lol. Could not recommend more!”
