Hello! I am warm, friendly, caring, and committed to helping individuals navigate their life's challenges as they work toward their life goals. My office is located on the ground floor at Waverly Place where we can meet in person or online via Telehealth. I see clients ages 10 and up, and truly believe that the counselor and client relationship is very important to growth. I excel with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, marital and job stress. I am a good resource for other of life's challenges. While all backgrounds are welcome, I also bring a Christian perspective for those seeking it.

I’m an honest, interactive therapist who blends coaching and collaboration to help you find your authentic self. Using CBT, DBT, Psychotherapy, and motivational interviewing, we’ll explore patterns and shift perspective. We will work to replace negative thought cycles with healthier strategies that align with your values and improve overall well-being.

With nearly four decades as a husband and father, I offer empathetic support and practical tools for emotional regulation, respectful communication, and everyday coping. In sessions, you’ll find openness and real conversation in a safe space. You will find healing, growth, and lasting change to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.
