I work with individuals ages 14 and up to manage a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, parenting concerns, communication difficulties, life transitions, and reconnecting with self or loved ones. My focus is on helping clients shift negative thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and build healthier ways of connecting with themselves and others.

I use a collaborative, client-centered approach, working alongside you to clarify your goals and develop strategies tailored to your unique strengths and needs. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), offering practical tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier communication. I also integrate mindfulness, perspective-shifting, and coaching techniques to foster self-understanding, personal growth, and lasting change, with faith integration available when requested.
