J. Michele Blake, LCMHC, MBA

Michele is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and the founder of Coffee Talk Therapy. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Development and Marketing, a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is a Certified Amen Clinic Brain Health Coach, bringing a unique blend of practical insight and therapeutic expertise to her work.
Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, play therapy, and mindfulness, Michele also holds certificates in wellness, career, ADHD, relationship, and parenting coaching. She works with individuals ages 4 through adulthood, as well as couples and families, and has specialized training in child development from birth through age 12. Michele supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, women’s issues, parenting challenges, neurodiversity, self-esteem concerns, relationship struggles, life transitions, spiritual exploration, and creative blocks, helping them build insight, coping skills, and a more balanced, fulfilling life.
David Blake, LCMHCA, NCC, MBA

David is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) with a unique background bridging technology, business, and mental health. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Organizational Management, a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches, David works with individuals ages 10 and up. He supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, anger management, men’s issues, career exploration, life transitions, neurodiversity, low self-esteem, parenting challenges, and spiritual growth. Through his work, he helps clients gain insight, build coping skills, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
