We customize our approach to your needs, combining evidence-based methods with traditional and innovative techniques to support your transformation.

Our Mission

At Coffee Talk Therapy, our mission is to provide compassionate, personalized mental health care in a safe, welcoming environment where healing begins through meaningful conversation. We are committed to honoring each individual’s unique journey by offering client-centered, evidence-based support that fosters growth, resilience, and lasting well-being. Through therapy, community outreach, and education, we strive to reduce stigma and make mental health care accessible to all—walking with our clients, one conversation at a time.

About Us

We believe that healing begins with a conversation—and that conversation should happen in a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. We created Coffee Talk Therapy to offer a comfortable, welcoming environment where people can talk openly about life’s challenges without fear or judgment.

Our approach is client-focused and strength-based. We work alongside you to build a personalized path to wellness—one that honors your experiences, values, and goals. We believe that when your perspective begins to shift, so does your potential to grow in relationships, work, and life as a whole.

We support individuals of all ages—from children as young as five to older adults—because mental wellness matters at every stage of life. Using evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we design therapeutic journeys that are as unique as the people we serve.

What sets us apart is our atmosphere and our commitment to community. From the moment you walk into our home-like office, we want you to feel at ease. Our space is designed to reduce stress and help you enter your session feeling calm, cared for, and ready to do meaningful work.

Beyond individual therapy, we offer group sessions, community outreach, and mental health awareness events. We're passionate about breaking down stigma and making mental health care more accessible, especially in spaces like schools, churches, and local organizations.

Most importantly, we want you to leave your first session feeling like you’ve found the right place—where trust comes naturally and being open feels easy. At Coffee Talk Therapy, you don’t have to face things alone. We’re here to walk with you, one conversation at a time. After all, like life, masterpieces take time—they require the courage to make mistakes and the determination to start over, even when it feels tough.
