We offer a vibe that’s anything but typical. Put your feet up, grab a coffee, and relax in a space where expert support meets a down-to-earth atmosphere. You’ll feel seen, heard, and understood as we work together at your pace, making real progress with collaborative, natural support.
At Coffee Talk Therapy, we started with a simple but powerful idea: to create a space where therapy feels less clinical and more like a genuine, human conversation. Too often, people hesitate to seek help because traditional therapy settings can feel intimidating, sterile, or overly formal. We wanted to change that by building an environment that feels warm, safe, and inviting—like sitting down to talk over a comforting cup of coffee. While the atmosphere is casual and relaxed, the care you receive is grounded in real clinical expertise. Our therapists bring compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based support to every session, helping you feel comfortable while doing meaningful, transformative work. We believe that healing begins with connection, and that progress happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. At Coffee Talk Therapy, we’re here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you—one honest conversation at a time.

See why we are different
If you’ve never tried therapy—or tried it and left feeling worse—you’re not alone. Maybe it felt too clinical, too awkward, or like no one really saw you. We get it. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. And the right fit can make all the difference.
Our approach is simple: real conversations, in a space that feels safe and human. No judgment, no pressure, and no ‘how does that make you feel?’ unless it actually helps. Just honest support from someone who’s here for you, not a clipboard.
It’s okay to be unsure. It’s okay to start over. We’re here when you’re ready.
