Meet Courtnie

Everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where children, teens, adults, couples, and families feel safe to explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and move toward meaningful, lasting growth.

Whether you're facing anxiety, emotional or behavioral challenges, relationship concerns, parenting difficulties, or major life transitions, I work collaboratively with you to develop practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and foster healthier relationships. I believe every person has unique strengths, and together we'll discover the tools that help you thrive.

My Journey to Counseling

Behavioral Support Specialist

Worked as an ABA therapist with children and families in educational and behavioral settings, providing individualized support, teaching coping skills, strengthening emotional regulation, and promoting positive behavior change through evidence-based interventions.

Serving the Community

Supported individuals and families through community food pantry outreach, advocacy, and compassionate service, strengthening a foundation of empathy, person-centered care, and a genuine commitment to helping others navigate life's challenges with dignity, hope, and connection.

Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern

My passion for counseling has grown through years of serving children, families, and individuals in behavioral health and human services. These experiences inspire me to provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling that empowers clients to overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and build resilience.
